Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TenancyCo's property management platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in South African Rand.
• A 14-day free trial is available on all plans; no card is required to start a trial.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without written permission.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of all property, tenant, and lease data you enter into TenancyCo. We process this data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time and request deletion upon account closure.

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenancyCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
