Billing questions, answered
What do you charge for?
Active units under management. Tenants, occupants and leases are never counted — you are not charged for the people living in your buildings.
What counts as an active unit?
A unit you are currently managing. Archiving a unit releases it from your plan straight away, and nothing about it is deleted — its leases, payments and maintenance history stay.
What happens if I reach a limit?
The workspace tells you before you get there. You can move up a plan, or add a unit, storage or staff bundle without changing plan at all.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, so you keep what you have paid for. Nothing you created is ever deleted by a plan change.
