Our story
TenancyCo was founded by a team who spent years managing residential and commercial portfolios the hard way — juggling spreadsheets for rent rolls, email threads for maintenance, and paper leases that took weeks to sign. We built the product we wished we had: a single, calm operating system that handles the busywork so property teams can focus on tenants and growth.
Today TenancyCo powers landlords, property managers, and estate agencies across South Africa, from single-property owners to multi-region portfolios with dedicated teams.
